Refunds & Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept an exchange or refund of an unused product within 35 days of purchase.

Email @lovedbykarouska@gmail.com with your order number to receive return authorisation. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid shipping label.

In all other cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may use the shipping carrier of their own choice.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. SALE items are not eligible for a refund
Refunds & Returns

Returned items must be delivered to us unused in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

All goods will be inspected on return.

 

EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange your item for another or the correct one, however if you would like to request a refund, please allow up to 14 days for us to process this.
